i'd go with the lower comp pistons. i think the gasket will get you 11 to 1 comp. which is high.

a base map is just something someone made up using uberdata fatting up the fuel and retarding the timing. its safe to drive. i dont know about beating the living crap out of it. im sure projekteg has something for you as far as chipping your ecu and getting a basemap made up. As far as pistons id go with 9.5 and get some headstuds

keep the 12:1 pistons and run about 10 psi on a .48/.60 t3 super 60....walla! 300 whp....

yeah, with an *** load of fuel
with dsm 450's and a decent tune with turbo edit or uber it would work fine, especially if the pistons have thick ring lands, i would do it!
