Don't use PVC - it has a REALLY low melting point (the grey and white stuff)

If you must, use ABS (the black stuff) - it melts at a much higher temperature. I"ve used it successfully before.

I'm using PVC also, cuz i had no $ for some normal piping...

But... the dumpvalve kept blowing out of the 'flange'.

so i had to ducktape © that down.

pvc also will break down when mixed with petrolium products like gas and oil.
it will also release chlorine gas when mixed with this stuff and heat...

if your so poor you cant spend 10$ on steel pipe, why are you even adding a turbo to your car?
