HMT's great.

The bov didnt make much sound at 11-12 psi. But at 20+ it sounds amazing.
And it was cost effective at 25 bucks on ebay. No leaks.

No advantage at all. Z6 head is far superior.

I don't know bout the Z6 vs Y7 valvetrain though. I know people who have raped stock Z6 valve trains to 10k and they still run fine today.
Does the Z6 have dual springs, because I know my old Y7 was some sorry little things, with pretty thin valve stems as well.

 

Z6 are single. Dont think they are much better than Y7. But I guess its possible.

I had a set of zex valve springs, just cant find them lol.
