I vent to the ground. Bought a catchcan off ebay and said wtf do I need this for I don't wanna keep whatever gets caught

So I sold it and let the tube go to the ground

the tube from the black box directly to the ground, no stock valve. or anything.

well i must have missed the memo, last i read there were slash cuts & moroso catch cans with filters and baffles. now its just "run a tube to the ------ ground, man" thats cool and a hell of a lot easier. and cheaper.
will this cause a problem at the track??

Who cares what other people say just do what you want.

Oh and make sure your tube doesn't get yellow, that means your engine is about to blow.

This was the last pcv setup I ran... Attachment 28771
I modeled it after my g/f's '04 wrx setup. It worked ok (manifold line could be replaced by a slash-cut) but venting to the ground is just so much easier :y

That setup lets oil vapor back into the combustion chamber.... detonation is much more likely when that happens.
