I've heard people say yes and no (just like every other question). Virtually all intercoolers are unpainted, but what about radiators? Most are black. Personally I don't think a thin coat of black will hurt much. I just painted mine, I'll let you know if it affects the temp. much.

Your fine. Your only painting the front, no the internal fins were the cooling gets done.

Once again, heres my link to when I painted mine. There was no measurable diff. in charge temps.

Glad to hear. I don't wanna paint it for the sleeper effect ( my chipping paint all ready does that ), I wanna paint it for the "don't steal me b/c I'm turbocharged" effect.
