damn, that really sucks man. If it was my motor I'd just get a regular head gasket and use some copper spray, but I'm gangsta like that. with these piece of ---- aluminum blocks and heads you should check to make sure the head and block are still flat when you pull the head off, I don't know if they sell those big metal straight edges anywhere, when I checked my ls block I did it at school.

Just don't buy that POS copper one that Summit sells. It will never, ever seal.

you're supposed to o-ring the block with a copper gasket. I had one on my b16 when I bought it, ---- was fast then I blew up the radiator and kept driving because I thought it was the coolant overflow tank, fucked up the head and now my motor is a piece of trash, I'm pretty sure I killed the rings from redlining it 8 times a day everyday.

I'd either get an oem head gasket and copper spray or a Cometic. I'm personally going to go with the Cometic since it isn't much more than oem and a buddy has convinced me to get one. :P

sounds just like my problem, only when i boost.
sense they dont make any aftermarket performance HG for my car, im just gona get a stock one and spray it with copper
