well get a new t-stat or just take it off and see if it helps. just don't run no t-stat at all.

Man that sucks... Good radiator, good thermostat, good tune, fan, bled system... Water pump? I've never had one go bad but what gives

maybe invest in an aluminum radiator? theyre only like $120 or so. Also, Are you burning water out of your radiator or does the coolant remain full?

Smells like a head gasket might be in your future, or a retune of the vacuum/timing portion of the map.

Ya know, i was thinking head gasket too. the other day i did a 2nd gear pull and then stopped at a stop sign and smoke rolled out of my hood a little and i check under my hood and my reservoir had a little extra coolant in it. might just go ls vtec rather than a new mani first ;/ if im gonna tear it apart might as well start the next step.
