Default Oil return line

I have a b18A1 in my 1991 civic si and i recently put a garret turbo on it. FOr the oil return line i drilled a whole as high as i could in the oil pan and put in a brass nipple, the only problem is when i put oil into the motor a decent amount of oil comes out of the oil pan .. and i dont want any oil blocking the flow from the turbo .. is thier somewhere else i should drill for an oil return?
