Default Timing belt wooooos :(

alrihgt, i set my cam gears to TDC, i set the crank pully to tdc. installed the timing belt correctly.. My question is this: I can't get my car to start up and run or even idle. due to some tuning problems with my dsm 450s. How do I go about setting base timing on my b16 without the car running? is it even possible? it needs to be at 16 degrees BTDC or 18 BTDC. Can i set my base timing or do i need to have the car running first?

burn the chip with a base map, scale the injectors correctly.
make sure cam timing is correct then adjust the came timing with the car running.

how doesn`t it start anyway. does it WANTED to start then stall? does it make any abnprmal noise? does it stumble?

the firing order is in the correct order. The timing belt was set to tdc on both cam gears and crank pulley. The basemap i have will not allow the car to idle. THe wideband reads 10:1 to 11:1 afrs. It's running way too rich sputters a bit, idles for a few seconds then dies. I guess what I'm asking is this... I did the timing belt, everything at TDC. burned my basemap, scaled for 450's still doesnt idle worth a ---- (even when i lean it out).... The Ignition maps on my basemap are they going to be all out of whack since my ignition timing is not set at the distributor...?>
