what is a safe level for the turbo? how can you be sure you have too much pressure, and how can you know what is safe with a restrictor? 50bucks is pricey. i bet you can do the same with a series of different sized hoses and adapters, but first we need some values.

uhm u can do it.

use a oil pressure gauge and a needle valve see the other post in FI about it.

Re:Oil Restrictor?

why not try a oil cooler, wouldn't that slow the pressure down? and it will also help the turbo.

I think the gravity idea, might be that the inlet has to be above the outlet. like you can't have the inlet on the bottom.

As long as the oil drain is facing down it doesnt matter what the tube does after that.

we did a test. the drain tube went down, did a 180 and then did a 90 to go around a charge pipe and into the oil pan.

it was d16z6si's car.

that last pic is as if you were laying on your back looking at the oil drain.
we pulled the drain line off the pan and held it in the same spot and oil came flying out.
