oil feed/return problem (major)

I have run into somewhat of a major problem here.

As I was lining up the oil lines I noticed that the feed/return off the turbo is not facing up/down, but rather 90 degrees the opposite. I tried rotating the exhaust housing but to no avail. It has 6 bolts connected to it but when I tried to remove them some more problems arose:
1) Most of the bolts couldn’t come out all the way because the cast iron turbo was blocking it (in picture)
2) Even when I loosened them I couldn’t get the exhaust housing to rotate.

Am I not doing something to help this thing rotate? Or am I up ---- creek here?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have taken a few pics to illustrate my issue.

and if i am able to move it, i still cant figure out how these bolts are holding it together....i would assume the same way the compressor side is doing the job but this looks a little different.

dodge 2.2 T3

sort of figuring it out now.

Google > me :)

the housing might be fused in there, just need a lot of lubrication to move it.

Those bolts sandwich the housing and center section. Loosen them off as much as you can and spray it with wezel piss (wd40) let it sit for about six mounths and then it will come apart. Seriosly though you are going to have to work at it because they size up like a bithch. Good luck
