I know it doesn't sound "professional", but drilling the hole in the pan and jb welding it into place works like a charm. And if your not a sloppy ***, it doesn't look bad either. :P

yeah man.. thats what6 i was thinking too.. but i didint wanna sound TOOO ghetto.... lemme know when you get thos fittings.. im still waiting..

Can anyone quickly tell me, what kind of fitting is needed to connect to a D16 Block? The rest of the feed/drain line is clear to me, just need to know how to start at the block.

the tuner toyz T-fitting. it has a 1/8BSPT male. the block (where the oil press sender is) is a 1/8BSPT female.

that oil line kit has everything from the block to the turbo, and from the turbo to the oil pan (drain line). the only thing you might need (hell, it might even be in the kit) is some thread lock or plumbers tape.

Wait.....I allways thought the oil pressure sensor has an NPTF type?? Is it for sure a BSPT?

Ok. I've now worked through ton's of posts on Honda-Tech/Honda-Swap and now i definatly know that's it's an BSPT fitting.
