Default Oil Dump on My Y8...

I need to know what size the dump fitting is in Stevemodes' kits. Plus I have a problem since my pan is aluminum. I need suggestions on what exactly to do and what size fitting the dump is that I MAY be able to get a thread tap. We need the drill bit and tap and it's going to be rape to buy since we don't have it. So any other suggestions? Thanks alot fellas!

Bit = 23/32"
Tap = 1/2"-14NPT Pipe Tap

Be prepared to shell out some dough cuz this sh*t ain't cheap. I think I spent $50 for the pair...

Does a steel y7 pan fit on my y8? If so could I just buy that, drill it and braze the fitting on instead?

Unless I used it wrong, it leaks. I would never use JB Weld as the Primary substance to hold the fitting in place. I threaded my fitting and use JB Weld as a back-up.

the y7 pan is very thin, so if you don't do it perfect you may not be able to thread it. I was able to thread mine, screw in with teflon tape, and use jbweld to make sure everything was all good.
