Huh? I don't get it. Bolt it back? Do you understand what happened there? That makes it adjustable so you can put it where ever you want(back to what it was or all the way out so you can hardly build boost).

I GOT IT !!!! lolz.. i just got it.... phew... took a genius to figured that out... ...... anyway... i dont understand.. why does it work like that? i mean its only metal moveing back and forth... how does the waste gate work?

The wastegate routes exhaust gas around the turbo so it doesn't spool. It basically causes an exhaust leak so your turbo won't build anymore boost. The farther the actuator moves the wastegate flapper out, the lower the boost, or the harder it is to build boost.
