Officially boosted D16!
Today I finally got my D16Y8 boosted, tuned on a dino with crome and running 190 hp at the wheels on 8psi.
I can't believe I went this long without the feeling of being boosted, the car is alive and amazing now!
However
the older 88 IHI turbo that I am running on the car is on its last legs, its now burning and leaking oil and spews out smoke out of the exhaust when I hit boost. So back into my garage the car goes until I can find another turbo.
From excitement to disappointment in one day, that’s my story of my turbo...

Was Fred pissed that you used his "dino" to tune your car?!?!?! J/K mang, good job on getting the job done, to bad the turbo is crap. Also, like everybody else said....THIS THREAD IS WORTHLESS WITHOUT PICS!!!

Yeah sorry about the whole picture thing, my brother took my digital camera to some summer camp with him. And the car is tore apart again becuase I had to send off my turbo to get it fixed, weld the crack in the exhuast housing, get a new turbine wheel, gaskets, etc. I should have it back by monday along with my camera. Then I will post some pics and info about the set up.
