i think you are gonna have some problems with the drainage, and the turbo will also hit a stock crossmember if its an EF.

you can see how high i have to cut the manifolds and even angle the flange, and the CHRA a little bit to get the drainback to enter right around the oil pan's baffle. might hafta do that one over.

two more pics, motor is leaning forward alot on the bench so its not quite as bad as it looks. about a 30 degree drain angle in the car.

I like how your manifold turned out, it's pretty clean, but I think splittime + everyone who posted after him is right about clearance problems. Turbos almost hang too low with HF manifolds, which it was pointed out would raise your turbo up a bit.

BTW, I have a Volvo boost gauge... no graduations, it's just colored shwoopies that go from green and into red the higher the needle goes. It's supposed to max out, I guess, somewhere in the 15 psi range. You don't need precise numbers if you've tuned the ECU, you just need to know the needle's staying about where it always does. *shrug*

Just a silly idea here. But it could work out for you.

You see that heatshield mount between ports 2 and 3? And the turbine housings bracket with the big hole in it? Well, what about making a support bar to go between the two? It might help prevent any welds breaking. But then again, depending on your clearance, you might have to grind off that turbine bracket.

Just a thought.

EDIT *** disreguard. I just reread your post and you decided to mount the turbo with the flange towards the block. Correct me if I misread that.***
