thanks for the replies guys..
I was looking at that GM 3bar map sensor.
as far as clutch I am not sure what cluth (brand / stage) to put in. I had an Exedy clutch on my 91crx and it felt really good but it was stock sooo..
For engine internals once the turbo kit is in and operational I plan on getting a y8 block and building that w/ Vitara pistons and TT rods. I dont know much about what to do to the head( if I need better valves/springs). I will definately throw on some ARP head studs.

Hey cberman how much hp you putting down man? Is your HKS SSQV annoyingly loud? I was looking at that BOV cause you could put that gold cap thing on to change the sound some.

get your clutch from LSD...check the stickies in the classifieds.
you can make 200 something with that set up...and then build the bottom end up for more.
gm 3bar or motorola 2.5 is good too.
do the walbro 255, and the stock rail is fine.
pretty much any front mount is good.

man i am getting excited as ---- to get back home, and get this project started. I would post some porn for ya guys but I cannot for 2 reasons... . #1 this is a government computer and they monitor everything, and #2 its illegal over here in the desert due to laws in the host nation. I will take some pics of some exploded ---- w/ a HMT OWNS sign by it. I will try and get the pictures w/n the next few days.

Its not too loud...if i were to do it again, tho, i certainly wouldnt spend that kinda money on a bov...it has a very unique sound i think, and the loud ---- annoys the ---- out of me

my car has never been dynoed but id expect somewhere in the 200 - 225 whp range

my car also has an lsd 6 puck spring clutch. good ----
