NGK R5671A-7 or -8, .032 gap

V8 style plugs, non-extended reach so the ground strap doesn't melt.

Little tip I got from a former NMRA racer that went to tuning Imports, Tom Payn.

How you think my z6 lived on a 100 shot DRY

-7 for street use and 85 shot, -8 for the 100 shot.

yeah, i think my 7 heat range plugs helped me not blow my engine, even when she spiked to 13psi a few times when my wastegate took a dump a few days ago. I had the stockers in to about 8ish psi and they looked ok, a little darker than stock, but ok. i really think the colder plugs prevent you from pinging or knocking especially on pump gas. Cheap insurance too...

bkr7e-11 = tell them you need ngk v power plugs for a 00 saab 9-5 aero, that's the stock plug and should be in stock at your parts store.

bpr7es-11 = stock plug for turbo dsm's. same as the above plug, but not the 'v-power' style plug (which i prefer)

bkr6e-11 = stock plugs for gsr's, si's, and b16 del sols (one step colder for most d series and ls)

in order to get 8's, you have to special order them, or find a motorcycle or jet ski that uses them and get them from a motorcyle shop, but i wouldn't reccomend 8's unless you're making at least 400whp.

Thanks for the write-up Kevin. However, my tuner has what I need. BKR7E. He's just going to put them on and charge me. Saves me the hassle. Thanks anyway guys.

I think your post might be sticky worthy in the FAQ.
