Well, It's that time again, summer's coming up and i'm gonna start my 2nd turbo build.

241 casting p&p ls1 heads bringing CR to 8.8:1
ls6 cam
comp 1.85 rockers/ls6 springs

I've had great luck with the cheapo ebay turbo i got for my CRX, so I was gonna give them a try on a tt build for the ls1.

It will be summer before i really tear into it. I'm gonna gather parts for the next couple of months till i have everything i need.
Here are the turbos and the car they are going on. (gt3582r on left, and t4 on right)
I'll be sure to post a build thread with lots of pics when i start actual work. I will be running a dual intank walbro setup activated by a hobbs switch to fuel this beast. plan to run about 10lbs since stock for stock the 5.3 iron block can handle more boost than the aluminum ls1.

twin t4"s will spool up at a low rpm while the gt35"s will spool up at a mid range rpm. the smaller exhaust housing on the t4's will choke at high rpm. if your just going to run 10psi i would scrap the twin turbo setup. its a lot of work and money for just 10 psi. go with a single large turbo. its more efficient at mid/high rpm and will generate more power. the downfall is more lag but when it spools up, hang the f%$k on. gl with your build. looks like it is going to be a sh^%load of fun.
