New threads soon to come

Re:New threads soon to come
Quadnie...why reinvent the wheel...Haberdasher has made a great turbo nooie guide that is very comprehensive.
I'm sure he wouldnt mind getting a sticky and credit if you ask him.
http://www.beesandgoats.com/boostfaq/g2icturbo.html
Check it out...he put a lot of work into this.
I think a very basic guide to understanding compressor maps is in order as well...I struggle to understand, but if you want, I'll do some research and a write-up if you think it might be a necessity.

Re:New threads soon to come
damnit, I typed up a bunch of ----, then this stupid *** weak wireless network that I'm pirating off of dropped connection when I hit post.
Anyways, yeah I've checked out that website, very good info, particularly for hooking up your gen 2 integra. Only drawback is the amount of reading that has to be done, I've read it a few times over and havce recommended it to enough newbies to check out.
I was thinking about maybe connecting some of my prior posts and consolidating it to an all-in-one thread (similar to the current FAQ) I don't know the specifics yet, I will have an outline for people soon. Give me a week or so to start to bring things together, I'm just a HMT junkie that I'm accessing it across the country in hotel rooms and ----.
I will figure something out, try and save me from typing a few pages of coverage for individual posts. Maybe refer it to other posts that are made, sticky one, archive the rest? I don't know yet, we'll see.. in worst case I can always unsticky whatever.
Thanks everyone for offering help, I will let you know when I figure stuff out more. Any suggestions are welcome, I'm sure I'll get lots of feedback when I have an outline setup.

Re:New threads soon to come
Even thogh the numbers are small,(only a handfull that ive seen) How about a Carbureted Forced induction thread?
Those of us afraid of that darn new fangeled technology can only get so much info from the Injected topics.
Thats just my .02 cents

Re:New threads soon to come
That motor can pretty much accept your basic square bore holley double pumper, but you're going to have to find a nice aftermarket intake for it. Slight differences in pontiac/olds/chevy motors. Let me know if you make the purchase.
