ok heres the new set up:
greddy kit

XS dual stage controller
new oil lines
uberdata p06 ecu with turbo base map
using my vafc to activate vtec (will use the vafc to tune on the fly)
upgraded to toga hv oil pump (no more spun bearings)
ARP head studs and cometic gasket (no more head lift)
hoping to get 200 at the wheels (aka beerbong)

what block? the y7 or the y8 after you get it built? are you building it with stock rods/pistons or getting aftermarked forged parts? you'll be able to adjust your vtec activation via uberdata (you'll also be able to adjust your rev limiter, launch control, shift light, etc.), so there is no need for the vafc unless you just really want it, but i would sell it and get a couple hundred bucks to fund these new parts
you'll be able to get 200 to the wheels easily with about 10 or so psi.

those rods look nice for that price!

yeah, pistons can get pretty expensive, but it's worth it, it really just depends on what your goals are and how much hp you want. as far as rings if you're using oem pistons, then yeah, i would suggest oem rings. no, i've never been fortunate enough to own a d series, just measley b series'
yeah right measley...both are awesome motors...i just know that i could never find a complete bottom end for 150...with internals
so, anyone ever use guit guit on ebay?
has king bearings and pistons cheap
lemme know
