Default New Project......'82 BMW

Well this was my wifes first car when she was 15yrs old. Her dad bought it for her and taught her how to drive in it. They fixed it up together, but unfornatly he past away due to a heart failure(only 37 & in great shape too )soon after she turned 16. Anywho, it had a headgasket go out on it, not long after that and has been sitting ever since. She doesnt want to ever get rid of it, and I totally agree. So now we are going to start to fix it up, and possibly mod. it a bit. Maybe a trackday or two along w/ some drifting, lol Her she is....'82 BMW 320i

Yeah, gonna start on it this weekend. I've been looking around for a wrecked 323i to steal the motor/brake/etc off of.

those motors are supposed to be stout as hell. I'd bet that motor would be fine with a little work. I've had a few friends with those old bmw's and they all like the 4 cyl cars better than the 6 cyl's.

Now that I think of it, Grassroots did one of these a while back with a blower on the 4 cyl and loved it. Something to keep in mind.

Hmmmm 320i's...Those are nice little cars. I told Julio to find a 320 as he was looking for a 2002. Little easier to find part and cheaper also. Keep us updated. This is HMT so it better be boosted and some dabs of jb weld somewhere on it. :P
