Stock pump stock wiring = 220-275?? whp, usually around 240 ish

Stock pump 10 gauge wiring to the pump = 300 whp

Walbro 255 stock wiring = 325-425?? whp

Walbro 255 10 gauge wiring to the pump = 600 whp, with the stock fuel rail and fuel feed being too small past 500.

Tiny gauge stock wiring with stock ground path through a mileage unibody makes it hard to call the stock wiring outputs.

So what can happen when the oem/stock rated fuel pump goes out? Car just die? I have a new oem pump on mine running 8 psi (f22a1/dsm turbo)

wow, i new aftermarket fuel rails were useless. 500hp on a stock one is quite a bit

The last two injectors in line (#1 and #2) end up with 3-5% less fuel pressure at the 300-350 whp level. It's supposedly worse at the 500 whp level, but if you tweak ICTs then everything works. Really, the biggest hold up is the tiny orifices in the stock banjo bolts and fuel line - look at the piece of line from the fuel filter to fuel rail sometime. I'm half tempted to get an OBD2 fuel rail bored out a hair larger and fitted for a bigger inlet.

FYI, BDL fuel rails are awesome if you insist on running a ****** K-series; they take a fuel rail mounted B/D/H/F FPR so you can ditch the stock inpump FPR that can't handle high volume flow. Just turn the OEM feed into the return, and run -8 or -10 AN feed to the rail. Good ----.

the last few months i have been thinking of getting the stock banjo mount out of the stock rail and tapping it with pipe threads and running AN lines. i have boxes of them that i got from work for free
