Re: new fuel pump yes or no ?
Stock pump stock wiring = 220-275?? whp, usually around 240 ish
Stock pump 10 gauge wiring to the pump = 300 whp Walbro 255 stock wiring = 325-425?? whp Walbro 255 10 gauge wiring to the pump = 600 whp, with the stock fuel rail and fuel feed being too small past 500. Tiny gauge stock wiring with stock ground path through a ??? mileage unibody makes it hard to call the stock wiring outputs. |
Re: new fuel pump yes or no ?
So what can happen when the oem/stock rated fuel pump goes out? Car just die? I have a new oem pump on mine running 8 psi (f22a1/dsm turbo)

Re: new fuel pump yes or no ?
wow, i new aftermarket fuel rails were useless. 500hp on a stock one is quite a bit

FYI, BDL fuel rails are awesome if you insist on running a faggot K-series; they take a fuel rail mounted B/D/H/F FPR so you can ditch the stock inpump FPR that can't handle high volume flow. Just turn the OEM feed into the return, and run -8 or -10 AN feed to the rail. Good ----. |
Re: new fuel pump yes or no ?
the last few months i have been thinking of getting the stock banjo mount out of the stock rail and tapping it with pipe threads and running AN lines. i have boxes of them that i got from work for free
