dude....Take a peice of steel tube... whatever size you can fit the hose on. cut one end on a 45 like this:
___________
___________\ but on more of an angle...Use a protractor if you are confused.

Then drill a hole in your downpipe, about 8 inches from the end that goes to the exhaust. Weld the slashcut into the downpipe so the opening is facing AWAY from the direction of flow. (Facing the back of the car)

If you are successful, the bernoulli effect will create vacuum, just make sure that you run a good length of steel or copper tube from the slashcut, you will melt vinyl hose.

But im pretty sure im boosting the hell outta my bottom end not sure
wait, so your PCV has nothing in it but you left it connected to your block and to your intake manifold? Youre pressurizing the crap out of it under boost imho

ive never had a turbo inlet vac source work worth a ----, well there would be stuff in my catch can but there was really no suction from the turbo. i still think the only one that might work good involves check valves and or a slash cut in the exhaust

i ran a hose into one of those water and air separators from the black box in the back of the block. and it catches crap and my block doesnt pressurize. Once the separator was clogged and it made my valve cover shoot oil out.
