OK, I'm gonna go with the CCA mandrel bends and I need a shopping list to do all of my charge pipes. I'm running the CCA FMIC and a 14b on my di16z6 in a 95 civic. I kinda drew it out and I think I need 2 45's, 2 90's, 2 180's and 1 straight piece. Any input on the list would be awesome. I'm gonna use the 2.5" steel tubes. Thanks guys.

 

That sounds about what I used on my Integra too.

 

jcwhitney is much cheaper, 4 bucks per bend and they give you a 12 inch leg on each side. i bought some bends from cca and i was kinda dissappointed as his intercoolers are ------- amazing. thats my 2 cents. i used 0ne 45 bend and 6 180 bends to do my charge pipes

 

really 4 bucks? 2.5"? I looked and the cheapest bends were like $9 or some ----. Damn I gots to go look again. Thanks hotstacks.

I did this and it will work for me ok, only my bends are not 12", only like 9" or so (from the end to the tip of the U. They really needed to be a little bit longer for the run going to the IM and to the turbo outlet. I'm going to have to cut off a leg and add it in before the IM so it will reach. 1 45 for the filter and 6 ubends in aluminized is perfect otherwise.

 

i got 1 -45, 1-90, 3-180's, and then went to the auto parts store and bought a couple sections of straight pipe for like 3 bucks each.
