20203
TO4B Compressor Housing
V / Super V-Trim
2.75" Inlet

20337 seems to indicate compressor wheel, not sure why it would be on the exhaust side.

Comp Wheel, To4b/Y

That looks to me like a TO4B cover with the 3" inlet and 2" outlet, so it's the smaller to4b compressor housing which makes it a .60 a/r. The TO4b also comes in 4" inlet (.60 a/r too) like the t04s (.70 a/r and 2.5" outlet). Anyway, it's a .60 a/r coldside and what looks like a .63 a/r T3 hotside, but could be any of the .48-.82 T3 exhaust housings as I'm not good enough to tell what a/r it is from just looking at one angle. To make 100% sure of the coldside a/r just look up in the compressor outlet and it'll be stamped there. The hotside should have it near the exhaust inlet too.

The turbine wheel is a Garrett T3 probably Stage 1 or 3, but Turbonetics has been known to upgrade to Stage 1-5. Stage 5 is also a very common turbine wheel used in their t3/t04 turbos. You'd have to measure it to be sure, but the main thing is that it's a T3 exhaust wheel with a T4 compressor wheel hence the t3/t4 label. It's obviously a standard T3 exhaust inlet and 5 bolt exhaust outlet which is the most common flanges for a Garrett. You'll have to run an external wastegate like it is, but you can convert it to internal for pretty cheap.

It is not a ball bearing turbo as it's only an oil cooled center section not both oil and water like their ball bearing turbos. It'll have a 360 degree "race" center section in it and probably carbon seal and staggered turbine piston ring which helps reliability a ton. It's very well sized for 250 to 350+whp on a 4 cylinder. It'll be reflexive but still make power on pump gas at lowish pressure, but will respond to highish boost levels too. Does that help you more than these jaded fucks did?
