i have a non intercooled greddy kit and i want to intercool it....what the best what to do this?
i have a buddy who owns a muffler shop...should i get him to do the bends?
please help

buy a intercooler (whatever size you want)

I'd suggest a Johnnyracecar.com or speedpartsrus.com Intercooler. Buy some Mandrel bends (unless your buddy has them) Get 2.5in bends 4 U bends should do the trick, you can get them at JCwhitney.com or speedpartsrus.com. Once you get everything take off your bumper, mount the intercooler, notch the front bumper where it hits. Then start fabbing up your intercooler piping, maybe have your buddy who owns the muffler shop to help you and weld them together.

lol talk about OLD topic.. you can definately see a difference in jeff's write ups.
