need help with turbo install!!!!!1

well i am in a holt with my turbo install. i have a drag mani and a t3/t04e on an integra ls and i still cant get it to fit. hacked most of the webing and still no fit. any ideas?

if not running ac flip it around so that the compressor is on the other side of the engine bay. this should place the entire turbo further forward.
