Need help with compression
Hi all
I own a vauxhall/opel corsa dont know if any one knows of that car, my question is can I use a 2mm head spacer when I add boost which is in the means of a TDO5 turbo. The car is a 4 cylinder bore is 75mm and the stroke is 73,4 and piston displacement is 1297 quibic centimeters and lastly the compression ratio is 9:2:1. One of my friends told me it will definatly work but need to make 100% sure before so I dont break my car, thanks

Re: Need help with compression
ookay thanks 4 replying head spacer like a laser cut gasket but one that is 2mm thick and made out of god knows what, with a 2 normal head gasket on either side of the head spacerto drop the compression but you guys say that my compression ratio is all good for boost how much boost psi

I would say that on an (approximately) 1.3 liter engine that a DSM T-25 would work nicely at about 10psi. Of course I know nothing of your engine, is it OHV or OHC? Fuel Injected or Carburated?
