AN fittings would be better, but they are very hard for the average user to assemble, and they cost more. If you take your drain off, clean it, and reassemble with a new clamp you should be able to stop the leak.

I tried that it didnt work, The clamp broke the first time, the second it wouldnt tighten anymore

OKEE DOKey.


I've had clamps break before, and it was usually due to it not being parrallel with the hose because of the screwing in of the screw. Try to keep it perfectly aligned with the hose and only use "twisting" torque when it is seated on the hose.

my leak is in the feed line where it connects to my turbo and i used teflon.. i think my lines cant stand oil pressure above 2 bar b/c while low rev cruisin i got no leak.. i have a restrictor in the beginning of the line so if i wasnt so lazy i could adjust it to not go over 2 bar. it may be some installation error though so im not sure its the fault of the line itself

The hood isnt painted black its c/f do you think im some kind or ricer

BTW, where you got that manifold? i'm looking one for my B16 (cheap of course ) i think my project turbo will begin soon..

setup looks good. seems like the turbo hangs over the flange alot.
2.5" cat also?
looks like the a/c condensor was moved forward. or just removed?
