Default my setup --please help?

hey everyone ive been researching on this site for a few months now and I finally decided how im gonna do my setup. The only thing is I cant decide what turbo to get the 14b or t-25. I only want to be pushing 6-7 lbs. of boost maybe 8-9 at the track. I have a 94 civic ex coupe with the d16z6 with about 90k miles. Its in pretty good condition. What turbo would yall recomend, and whats the advantages and disadvaantages of both. Ive heard the 14b has some lag. Also which do you think would be easier to work with in my setup? Well thanks for any help and please feel free to say any suggestions to my setup!

14b/t-25
std custom manifold
adapter plate
custom downpipe
starion intercooler
1g dsm BOV
dsm 450cc injectors
safc
radiator hose for charge pipes
oil lines

I assume you'll be using the internal wastegate? I say go with the T25, it will be easier to find parts for and work with.

any other opinions? and would you use the internal wastgate or would u buy an external. Whats the dif. between using the internal one than purchasing an external, are you just limited on how much boost you can use by using the internal? Please explain the advantages and disadvantages of using the internal wastegate over a external? Thanks for the help!

you will need to use the internal because you want to use the std manifold w/ adapter plate. it'll work just fine that way and if you want to adjust the boost higher you can just use a boost controller. an external one will require a different manifold to be made. might be better in terms of flow, but the std/hf manifold adapter plate combo works just fine.
