the only really bad thing about running heater hose as your return line is that the oil actually deteriorates the rubber. not recommended.

 

in the state of california used oil gives you cancer, maybe it's giving the heater hose cancer.

this set up looks pretty sexy, almost makes me want to put the old d15 back in and boost it, but then I remember my b16 is very nice when it's running (only 4 days of total run time in the past 2 months.)

for exhaust you should have you welder friend set you up an exhaust cut out, search for it there is a company that sells a kit.

Well the S was usually white and i dont recall a SI or VTEC ever being in white.

 

Hmmm well its a '95 white Si, everything stock except the turbo project.
