heh, that might be a tight squeeze for the downpipe my friend..

Be advised that heat can easily destroy your ac compressor as well.

looking good though..

I have NO CLUE how the muffler shop will be able to pull that one... Or even IF they will. Heat will kill my A/C compressor? Of that, I was not aware, but only time will tell. How about some thermal wrap? There is like 3" between that turbo outlet and the a/c compressor. Do you think it's possible? I am not going to do it if I lose AC, so if it wont work I'll have to think somthing else up...

you will need to do a very sharpe bend off the o2 housing, I would recommend maybe a bit smaller pipe.. something like 2 1/4, then enlarge to a 2.5 on the exit, it should be fine, Exhaust wrap would be perfect for that spot..

Let us know how it turns out, and take some pics of the dp

BC? No, I'm from Trumbull, Connecticut... But i'm a student at the University of Connecticut and that's where I am now....

What do you mean by BC?

And hell yeah, I don't want to ditch AC for anything. We hit 105* some summers...
