My Old Turbo Setup VIDS/PICS
well i put this ki ton my car just caus ethe motor was junk and i was slow..... it cost me 450 total and i loved the car after i put the turbo on....My new setup is ported cx manifold/t3 adapterplate/volvo t3/same intercooler/same fmu/same fuel pump/ 310cc injectors/ and 2.23 chargepipes fron J.C.W./2.5 exhaust with 2.5 downpipe
Turbo gets full boost at 3500 rpm and no lag with this turbo i gained 40hp and 40tq with the turbo.
*2.5 downpipe 2.25 exhaust with es oval muffler
*ported cx manifold
*mazda 626 IHI turbo
*wastegate set @ 6psi
*12:1 FMU
*inline fuel pump
*boost/airfuel gauge
*conquest FMIC with mod
*saab BOV
*custom charge pipes for know
*air filter came from the Honda Bike dealer
*NGK 2 step coler plugs
car ran me 14.800 on 6psi dynoed 132.4 and 123.6 on 6psi
have dyno sheet and video have timeslip and video.

That's a nice setup.. I have two questions.
You welded to cast for that downpipe? Did it hit the front cross member at all? That's the stock housing, ya?
Can you span some pictures of your piping coming out of the turbo? I am having problems seeing a logical path to run the pipe..
Oh, and did you have to rotate your compressor at all?

i used a bungy cord... haha teh downpipe was fitted after teh turbo install, them marked and welded. It doesnt hit at all. I rotate teh housing it was pointing up insted of down. OH an dteh new setup is going to be ona JDM D15B SOHC VTEC
