Default my new manifold - what do you think??

Here is my first attempt at using a real collector on one of my manifolds. Everything is TIG welded and the flange is made out of 1/2" plate and cut with a plasma cutter. Let me know what you guys think. I know, the collector comes very close to the block near the bottom. I'm going to mount the flange at an angle for clearance.

I know it looks a little rough but I'm going to clean it up and get it ceramic coated. I'm hoping to run a small IHI turbo for a daily driver with like 8psi.

damn... if i had a plasma cutter... i'd make all kinds of flanges.

Where do you get a hold of your plate? Or where would a normal joe-nobody get plate like that?

I think it looks great.

It looks like it's angled back towards the engine though, are you going to be able to fit the turbo on there without clearance issues?

Looks functional, with a good collector. Kinda like a Lovfab Minime...

Good job on the HMM <--- Home Made Manifold

those don't look like TIG welds to me but nice job, you should have cleaned everything up a little better though
