UPDATE:

I finally got the downpipe made today. (2.5 in mandrel, and 6in flex pipe). The dude charged $100 for labor only. (Friggin rip.. as they quoted me 75, labor and parts two weeks ago). but they did a good job.

Anyway, it runs great. Very quite, and very quick. Me likey. It has great low-end, and midrange... and top-end is still comparable. So im happy.. Now just need to get it tuned, and ill be set.

------ awesome thread man! loved reading everybit of it. I'm from the UK man, and boosted honda's are rare here. My friend boosted his b16a2 last summer ghetto style too and it worked a treat. keep up the good work. i've just sold my ek3 hatch with d15z6 so i could buy a civic vti (EK4 with b16a2 as standard). Gonna boost that thing soon too.

nice clean build, that small turbo wont give you a lot of pull up top im guessing but i like how its all steath. you should put a head shield over your manifold and turbo and to run less boost you will have to get a different actuator. on my old setup i threaded the actuator and was goin to try it but i got a new setup. but 8 pounds is perfect you might even want more.
btw your hatch is pretty you should check mine out
