Default My Homemade Turbo Project...

Ok, after much thought... Ive decided to go the homemade route. I purchased a Talon intercooler off ebay for $30.50 after shipping:

I also have the stock hx/vx manifold with custom t25 flange:

I will purchase t25 turbo tomorrow (internal wastegate)

Im gonna buy a diy charge pipe kit (intercooler piping)
Im looking at 450cc injectors from turbo Eclipse:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DSM-4...spagenameZWDVW

chip and 450 injectors. http://phearable.net/epromchip.html can make custom chip for your application including larger injectors. $30
So im gonna get the chip from them, and soon after take it down to a dyno and get it tuned...

also getting 450cc injectors for $75... (fmu would be $100)
So w/ injectors, and chip Im only spending $110

My list:
misc gauges, missing link, bov, oil lines, flanges, custom downpipe, gaskets, oil pan tap...

Anything else any suggestions will injectors + chip work

Just need some advice, insight...

Ill be pushing no more than 5lbs boost.

Man... for $200 that T25 better be in spectacular shape! I got raped out of $175 for a ford T3 at the junkyard, and that was in pretty good shape.

You're most likely going to want to push it past 5 psi on that small turby to get anying worthwhile out of your build.

dude a good majority of people on here are going to talk ---- to you about something. weather its your turbo or somthing else, someone will . but just do it and if its faster, witch it will be, than stock then its all money well spent. good luck with your build and good luck.
