Can you guys tell me if my DP too close to my intercooler pipe..

Yeah it's fine, just use some exhaust wrap.

I know you're pretty far into fabbing things already, but if you mount the turbo the other way (180 degrees), you won't have that problem. Mine is the other way and it made things a alot easier. If it will fit..that is...I can't tell what car your in for sure...

Don't forget about your oil return too looks like that is going to be tight in there
