My setup:

jdm d15b vtec-totally stock
toyata injectors 315cc
holset hx40-turbo/.48hotside(modified)
greddy emange-for tuning
stillen fpr
homade turbo manifold
evo3 intercooler
act 4puck steel clutch/w stock pressure plate

Your boost spike is more than likly releated to that shitty delta creepergate. Which would easly show why your dyno graph is making so much more power on the top end. Most D's dont carry torque in stock form that long... its creeeeeeping.

turbos to big, as was explained in the thread you made when you did this.

boost surge is the meltagate creepin and that turbo is way big for your little motor
