Hey, I just thought i would show you guys the front mount intercooler setup me and my buddy made. We picked up the intercooler of ebay for $120, the piping is 2 1/4" stainless that we bought at an automotive flea market for $10, we go three lengths about 4' long, each one had three 90 degreee bends in it. We also scored the couplers off ebay for $30 shipped to my door. well here it is, the pics are shitty because they are from my phone but we have some on my buddies camera, i will post more soon.

 

Have you checked to see if your bumper fits back on yet?

 

Ya, i think we are going to have to trim the small cutouts in the bumber off, other than that, its good.

Thanks, we should be starting it up soon, we pressure tested the piping usid abs caps and a valve stem, seems to hold up nicely.

 

Looks like the same intercooler that I got. Does it say "JDM Sport" on the top? lol
