you might want to redo/tighten up/shortin the oil return line.

Yeah, the return is a bit tight in there. I'll try to figure something out.

I ordered all new sheet metal for the car from Honda! Should be here tomorrow according to Fedex, so hopefully I can get this bitch done.

very nice! ahh i hate welding in the patch panels! how do you plan on doing yours? i know when i did mine it worked well for my to put the patch behind it and lap it in, it keeps the warping down. and oil can effect too from the heat from welding it along there, and i fiberglassed behind it to keep away from corrosion,

I plan on just cutting each panel so the patch panel has about 1" more material. Then I'm going to bend the old panels down so it fits flush, then weld it into place with a bunch of small tacks. Then grind/body filler as needed.

For the sill panels I'm going to drill out the spot welds and re-weld those in.

Each sill was 89 dollars from Majestic Honda and the patch panels were 130 on ebay.

Yeah, tacking it on spot by spot and body filler it in would be the way to go. My brother and I did his Hatchback, tried welding in a long bead, but it started to warp. We end up tacking it instead.

BTW- are you Hmong?

i'd be careful to whom you let see your car in the cities. they'll follow you home and jack your ----.

rust bucket or not if they see an intercooler on it it'll get jacked.:l :X :S

Hell no I'm not Hmong. Not that there is anything wrong with that. I'm your average white kid :P

I'd like to see them break into my garage :)
