Re: My 90 crx turbo (blown up and being rebuilt)
There is nothing like spending almost $600 be for 7am. I did this morning. Taxes came in last night and I spent almost all of it today.
SRP 9:1CP pistons, SRP piston rings, new oil pan, and assembly lube all got ordered and I bought the cylinder hone and ring compressor today.
Still need a torque wrench, head gasket, break in oil, piston ring grinder and the AEM boost controller/boost gauge.
Getting closer

Ring grinder? A decent set of rings should come pregapped. I checked my 75.5mm CP rings in the bore and they were sweet without touching them. My GF's dad (chevy builder) said they should be good if they're for the right bore size and they were.

Progress!!!
Got my pistons today.
I HATE spiral locks took me over 1.5 hours to get them all done.
Ta Da
Got to notch the block tomorrow and them its reassemble time.
My not be able to work on it tomorrow because I'm getting a bike and if I get approved by the bank I'll be spending most of the day at the DMV.
Also anyone know witch way the SRP pistons go in. The valve releafs are different on each side.
