My 4G92 Turbo Build
After browsing and reading countless topics/posts on here i thought i would post up my build to see what you guys think.....
how the car started:
bought the main parts:
uprgraded the brakes:
rears from drums to disks
the evo 3 fronts were fitted to the front:
i then realise the front mount intercooler looked too small:
so i bought a bigger one:
test fit of the manifold:
the turbo provisionally on, so i could begin routing the intercooler pipework:
as it looked while i got the downpipe sorted:
custom downpipe was then made:
turbo gauges:
and the finished project, for now
the turbo coolant feeds are run direct from the throttle body feed and the oil feed down to the oil filter sandwich plate with a banjo restrictor to stop the turbo getting to much oil!
to get it running nicely i fitted an emanage blue and had it tuned at Tuning Developments.
the car is running 7-8 psi and running nicely so far!
