dude its an 86.lol

to tell you the truth i think it might be the great grandfather of obd all together.

to my knowledge this is the first fuel injection engine honda ever made,.

bvut if im wrong someone please correct me. if i am than hopefully i have some more tuneing options

Not the first fuel injection engine Honda made.

But it is pre-OBD. If it's the same as my '86 Accord then the ecu has a LED on it that blinks the CEL code instead of a light in the cluster.

the prg-fi light is on the dash

there is however a window with four LEDs in it on the ecu. its a pain in the ass to read the codes off of becuas eits under the damn passenger seat.

Yea the pgm-fi light is on the dash but it doesn't blink the code, it just lights up to tell you to go look under the seat O0

yup, just like on my g1teg. O0

and your iisue may be from the afc and the FMU combo...I dunno tho.

whne i b00sted my 87 teg (the d16a1 is a cousin of the ew engines also with vac advance) i too had to use an fmu...but things were fine (in and out of boost) so, i suspect the afc is the culprit.
