i just bougt a turboed mustang SVO engine off of my cousin but haven't seen it yet. does anybody know what size turbo comes on it or if it's the same as the thunderbird turbo?

how much you think i could sell the engine, tranny, wireing harness, and computer for? i guess it's a complete engine and it ran great at 18psi.

 

I think their a 48/60.

 

stangs were 63/60
tbirds were 48/60

 

tbirds with the manual came with the .60/.63 and the autos had the .48's I beleive this goes for the same with any of the fords. (mustang/tbird/Meurker)

I know the bottom ends are ------ bulletproof. there is a guy around here about to throw 25psi to it, with nothing but head mods. cams, valves, v. springs. the car looks like a 5.0, with cobra wheels, but under the hood...the beast. 2.3 ltr with the turbo...WG set at 25psi.

Those things are big pieces of ----, I use to have the merkuer XR4ti, I use to dissconnect the wastegate for ***** and giggles... 25psi, boy she was sure a rocket, lol

Yeah but you had to give it 2 gel cells bat hooke together to get it to crank over.LOL
