Mustang Imput?

Re: Mustang Imput?
I know the mustang isnt the best handler but it is far more nimble then alot of the heavy musclecars and new rwd cars. I know its kinda old and has old school suspension but it still handles decent and with upgraded suspension parts im sure it will be perfect for what I need. 240-250hp to the wheel is sufficient to what I want.
Its far better for what I need then the honda but I still have love for the honda. But a turbo 2.3 is deff badass.

Re: Mustang Imput?
The svo version of the mustang in the 80s was pretty cool. It had the turbo 2.3, 4 wheel disc brakes and handled well for the time (especially with much less weight on the nose). The were not successful at the time because the price was really high and the power was not really better than the 5.0 in stock trim. They look pretty cool too-they are a hybrid of the 4 eye and one eye look and have an unusual hood scoop.

Re: Mustang Imput?
I think a 4cyl stang with a good turbo runnig high boost is a great ideal and I've seen them run into the mid-low 10's on street tires. like you said the weight is the factor here
But high boost low comp just the way to gon on those in my opinion. look at some old copies of mustang monthly they has a whole write up on just the 4cyl turbo stangs it's pretty sweet
