lol ya if your pvc gets over 1000 degrees and you have 1/2 a ton in your car and you were in a container.. then yes it would be harmful

In an ideal setting, 'perfect' PVC will start melting at 185F. It would take WAAAY more than 300F to burn it. At 3psi, your IAT's are probably all of 150*F at redline. In other words, the PVC setup was fine. Also, that size PVC is rated at 350 PSI at 73*F, meaning ~80-100 PSI at 240*F. A 14b has to hire a pimp to make over 30psi.

All that needed really was a $50 scavenge pump and an FMU. It would have done 3-5psi all day long for less than people pay for some junkyard turbos.

Yeah the next set up will be less ghetto. Im thinkin an inline oil pump (if i can find one, Maybe a fuel pump will work) and a oil cooler before the turbo, then coming back from the turbo have it hook into a canister of some sort, then run it back to the pump. So no need to take oil from the motor. And probably make a flange this time instead of welding the turbo straight to the exhaust. And if i can find a super cheap dsm sidemount ill mount that in place of some of the piping. Then maybe an fmu or the extra fuel injector. Should be a fun little kit for under $200 in total. I need to find a way to get the pvc to mount up closer to the car though. As you can see in the pics, it hangs pretty low. One speed bump and suddenly no boost....
