Modify IHI boost???

How do you change the pre-set boost of 8 psi on an IHI from a t-bird....eaither higher or lower.........manual boost controller...........SAFC??....What?

You can only go higher with a boost controller, in order to go lower, you have to adjust the rod on your wastegate.
