Open up the tappet cover and recheck the torque!! if its not 65lbs redo it in proper pattern. Retorque ur gaskit. that would work hopefully.

I haven't had any problems since I changed gaskets.

Start the car leave the cap on the overfill open and leave the system 'burb' all the air out. Should be fine. Don't tighten those studs anymore.
